Union Los Angeles accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that high-heat releases, raffle items, and discounted sale products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure the items meet our eligibility criteria; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our Los Angeles warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee where applicable.
